It is the responsibility of the User to keep the user’s Profile up-to-date, especially the e-mail address and name.

ARICD Use of Information
We only collect information that you provide on the Website. Information collected on the Website will be used by ARICD –
- to add you as a learner for an e-learning course you have booked,
- to create mailing lists which are used by ARICD to contact you about updates and news about the Griffiths Scales, and about upcoming ARICD events that may be of interest to you,
- to add you to the list of Registered Users of Griffiths Scales as long as you wish to remain a Registered User, and
- we may also use the list to send surveys to obtain users’ views and opinions related to the Griffiths Scales or ARICD.
As a rule, we do not send marketing e-mails. We use e-mail to inform Registered Users of Griffiths Scales about information relating to the use of the Scales. You can opt-out of ARICD e-mail lists if you do not want to receive e-mail communications from ARICD if you are not using the Griffiths Scales. ARICD members may be automatically added to ARICD e-mail lists.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data as long as you wish to be associated with the Griffiths Scales or ARICD. If you are no longer using the Griffiths Scales and no longer wish to be associated with the Griffiths Scales or ARICD, please contact web@aricd.ac.uk, and your record will be permanently deleted from the website, but will be archived in ARICD records as a Registered User or Member of ARICD, if appropriate.

- Your name, country of residence, profession and e-mail address: These are the minimum data needed to open a Website account. If you are a Registered User of Griffiths Scales, we share this information with our publisher Hogrefe in encrypted format in order to enable you to purchase the Griffiths kits and supplies. If appropriate, Hogrefe’s local distributors will be informed by Hogrefe..
